Zusammenfassung

Syngenta Crop Protection seeks a District Sales professional to drive sales, profits, and market share with channel partners, growers, and retailers in the district. You will align with the Commercial Unit and collaborate across Biologicals, Seed Care, and AgriEdge to maximize opportunities.

You will coordinate annual business plans, mentor new team members, and lead trade shows and product launches within your territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, and/or Science required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in agronomy, farm, and/or retail within crop protection or seed industry.
• Knowledge of general cropping practices, agricultural technology and pest control trends.
• Strong technical knowledge of Syngenta and competitive products.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to understand business financials and price/volume relationships.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets with channel partners, key producers and other customers within the district and broader Commercial Unit.
• Act as primary liaison for all channel partners and retail accounts within territory; develop and implement annual business plans.
• Partner with Biologicals, Seed Care, and AgriEdge Specialists to develop quality territory business plans.
• Collaborate with district Sales Reps, AgriEdge Specialists and Agronomists to support the channel and mentor new employees.
• Coordinate and support trade shows, field product tours, and new product launches for crop protection within the territory.
• Manage complaints/issues in the field in partnership with Agronomy and contribute to marketing campaigns.
