Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a District Sales professional to drive sales, profit, and market share within designated territory, partnering with channel partners, growers, and retailers. You will develop annual business plans and help customers implement Syngenta solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or Science and 3 years of relevant experience. You will collaborate across Biologicals, Seed Care, and AgriEdge teams to maximize opportunities and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Agriculture, Marketing, or Science.
• 3 years of relevant agronomy, farm, or retail experience within crop protection or seed industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of Syngenta and competitive products.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to interpret financials and price/volume relationships.

Mansioni

• Achieves sales, profit, and market share targets with channel partners and customers within the district as part of the sales/marketing plan.
• Identify and create demand at the customer level and build the customer’s business and share.
• Serve as primary liaison for all channel partners and retail accounts within the territory and develop annual business plans.
• Collaborate with Biologicals, Seed Care, and AgriEdge Specialists to capitalize on opportunities and support channel partners.
• Coordinate and support trade shows, field product tours, and new product launches in the territory.
• Act as steward of Syngenta portfolio, manage field-level complaints in partnership with Agronomy, contribute to marketing campaigns.
