Job summary

Microwave Products Group is seeking a Contract Coordinator to ensure data accuracy for MPG contracts and to support creation of quotes, order entry, and documentation across CRM and ERP systems.

The role emphasizes compliance with FAR/DFARS/EFARS, contract reviews, and collaboration with the contract team. Work arrangement is onsite with a competitive hourly pay and discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years’ direct customer service experience.
• Must read, analyze, and interpret contracts and procedures.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/EFARS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Quote Headers in CRM System.
• Visual Compliance Screening.
• Order Entry in ERP Systems for MPG.
• Customer Portal Management for quotes and PO processing.
• Data Management and Contract Documentation.
• End of Month support until shipping is complete.
• Invoices – sending and uploading as required.
• New Customer Set Up and maintenance.
