Job summary

Toray Composite Materials America is seeking a detail-oriented contract administrator to join the Sales Contracts team. You will review customer contracts (including government and rated orders), identify risks, and coordinate with sales and technical departments to ensure compliance with company policies and export regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in export, shipping, and customs; experience with FAR/ITAR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in export, shipping, or customs requirements.
• Contract administration experience required.
• FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR knowledge preferred; export regulations familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts including government and rated orders; perform reviews and PO acceptance.
• Identify contract risks and communicate issues to management; support timely responses.
• Explain risks, offer mitigations, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliant solutions.
• Maintain contractual records and documentation in designated databases.
• Coordinate with sales and technical departments to meet product specifications.
• Support internal and external audits by FAA, ISO, AS9100 and customers.
• Travel occasionally for meetings or training; maintain confidentiality of information.
