Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care within a nationwide network. You will perform 30-minute live video intake appointments and follow-ups, conduct psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications for children, teens, and young adults with diverse backgrounds.

Flexibility to see patients in-person, strong emphasis on culturally responsive care, and collaboration with Lyra’s care teams are key.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing evidence-based psychiatric care to pediatric and adult populations.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and manage medications.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines for safe, evidence-based care.
