Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care for pediatric populations within its provider network. The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise and family engagement, with both in-person and virtual care options across the US.

Providers will conduct 30‑minute video intakes and regular follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and oversee medication management.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Experience with minors preferred.
• Must have office space to see clients in Allentown.
• Full-time US resident.

Responsabilités

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management during 60‑minute intake and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, communicate with patients, and manage medications.
• Follow evidence‑based medication treatment guidelines and focus on safety, efficacy, and patient outcomes.
