Lyra Health seeks a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to deliver essential clinical care to children, teens, and young adults within its US provider network. You will conduct 30-minute video intakes and follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and coordinate with therapy and coaching services to support patients.

Strong diagnostic expertise, family engagement, and cultural responsiveness are emphasized; in-person care options are favored and a 60-minute intake is used for

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry credentials.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Minimum 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Experience with minors preferred.
• Office space to see clients in Harrisburg.
• US resident (full-time).

Responsabilités

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake appointments and follow-ups.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations; prescribe/manage medications.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
