Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults. The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, family engagement, and continuous improvement within a culturally-responsive framework.

You will conduct 30-minute video intake and regular follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications while coordinating referrals to therapy and coaching services as needed.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or ARC-PA PA program with psychiatry credentials.
• Unrestricted state license in Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Strong preference for NPs and PA-Cs with an active DEA license.
• Preference for NPs and PA-Cs with additional certification or clinical experience with minors.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Mansioni

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and prescribe/monitor psychiatric medications.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines and prioritize patient safety.
