Job summary

Lyra Health is expanding its provider network in the United States. As a contract Child and Adolescent nurse practitioner or PA-C, you will deliver essential clinical care via live 30-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP or PA program with psychiatry credentials.
• Unrestricted SC license or eligibility to practice in South Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of practice experience.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person and remote care when needed.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
