Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care in the US. You will perform 60‑minute intake appointments and ongoing follow-ups, conduct psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications within an evidence‑based framework.

You will care for children, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on culturally responsive care and in‑person options where available.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Psychiatry or PMHNP with relevant credentials.
• Unrestricted state license to practice in the US.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Preference for DEA-licensed PMHNPs/PA-Cs; experience with minors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management with 60‑min intake and follow-ups.
• Conduct risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and longitudinal treatment.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Adhere to evidence‑based medication practices and safety guidelines.
