Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential psychiatric care. You will conduct live 30‑minute video intake appointments and regular follow‑ups, with in‑person options in Harrisburg, PA.

The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, family engagement, and continuous improvement to ensure high standards of care. You will evaluate patients, manage medications, and refer to therapy and coaching services within Lyra's integrated network.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited PMHNP or PA program with appropriate certification.
• Unrestricted state license and 2+ years in practice preferred.
• Active DEA license and experience with minors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide core psychiatric care with 60‑minute intake and follow‑ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Adhere to evidence‑based medication treatment and safety guidelines.
