Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates is expanding its provider network in the United States by partnering with Lyra Health to deliver evidence-based mental health care for children and adolescents via live 30-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups.

As a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and develop patient-centered treatment plans, in collaboration with Lyra’s integrated care platform and care navigation support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited CCNE PMHNP program or ARC-PA PA program with PANCE

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-ups
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications following best-practice guidelines
