Lyra Health is expanding its provider network and seeks a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations, provide evidence-based medication management, and deliver care to diverse youths through 30-minute video intakes and regular follow-ups.

Competenze

• Accredited PMHNP program completion or accredited PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Preference for DEA-licensed NPs/PA-Cs and minors experience.

Mansioni

• Provide evidence-based mental health care via live 30-minute videoconference intake appointments and follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and oversee medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Adhere to best practice guidelines and ensure safety and quality in medication treatment.

Formazione

Graduate from an accredited (CCNE) Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program; OR graduate from an accredited PA program (ARC-PA) with certification through PANCE with preference for Certificate of Added Qualifications in psychiatry, post-graduate fellowship in psychiatry, or other academic psychiatry certificate program completion, including a Doctor of Medical Science with Psychiatry concentration
