Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, psychology or related field with BCBA certification or equivalent.
• Maintained BACB certification with ongoing continuing education.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct BCBA assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Oversee functional behavior assessments and behavior interventions.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and guide decisions.
• Train and supervise staff in ABA principles and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB requirements and funding-source rules.
