Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based BCBA in Sacramento to lead high-quality ABA services within a structured, supportive environment. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, clinician well-being, and ethical care, with a focus on reducing burnout while delivering exceptional outcomes for children.

The BCBA will supervise staff, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing professional development, including quarterly rounds and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing (required).
• Licensed Behavior Analyst license (where applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years ABA experience with children.
• Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs.
• Utilize Vineland-3 and other standardized assessments.
• Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
• Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians and RBTs for fidelity.
• Partner with caregivers through training and collaboration.
• Deliver crisis prevention/intervention when clinically necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
