Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinically across clinic, hybrid, in-home, and community-based settings. You will supervise RBTs, deliver evidence-based ABA services, and partner with families and schools to drive meaningful progress for children with autism.

You'll have strong clinical autonomy supported by a Staffing Coordinator, Case Manager, and a dedicated Clinical Support team, plus access to ATrack for treatment planning and data

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification, Master's Degree in ABA or related field, and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies.
• Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload, conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland), and develop treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies including BST.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis, adjust programming, and support during crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
