Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a BCBA to lead assessment, design and oversee ABA-based interventions for children and adults. The role includes data-driven treatment planning, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

You will supervise RBTs, educate families, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines while contributing to program development and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience implementing ABA programming with behavioral intervention.
• Review and interpret technical information and communicate actions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate behavior and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to client goals.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans; collect and analyze data on progress.
• Educate and support parents/caregivers in applying strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff; participate in team meetings.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with guidelines.
