Responsibilities

• Prepare customer checks for posting and post daily payments.
• Issue Delivery Authorization numbers for delivery exceptions when needed.
• Notify customers and Sales Representatives of short pays or invoice discrepancies.
• Access on-line banking and post checks to the lockbox.
• Reconcile discrepancies and respond to questions on payments and invoices.
• Set up new customers in NDS and upload documents to Workflow.
• Enter customer notes into Workflow.
• Send invoice copies and proof of deliveries as requested.
• Document adjustments, refunds, and payments on accounts.
• Perform other duties to meet company goals.
