The New York City Department of Transportation is seeking a Staff Analyst Level 2 to support operational and procurement activities for municipal parking garages. The Parking Management, Facilities, and Capital Projects Unit plays a vital role in developing, managing, and operating the City's municipal parking infrastructure. The unit manages 8 multi-level parking garages and 30 municipal parking fields across the city, overseeing structural inspections, capital projects, contract administration, and sustainability initiatives. We aim to integrate sustainability practices and environmental safety into municipal parking facilities.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Analyst Level 2 to support operational and procurement activities across the City’s municipal parking garages. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and garage operators to ensure contract compliance, assist in procurement, and coordinate operational and administrative tasks, including:

35 Hours / Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
This position may be eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week under the Remote Work Pilot Program with DC37.

Options include a master's degree, a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience, an associate degree with four years of experience, or a high school diploma with six years of experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also acceptable, with college credits substituting for experience at a rate of 30 credits per year.
