About the Role

We're now looking for a Performance Marketer to be hands-on keyboard with our paid channels. This role will own our paid acquisition strategy, execution, and performance across channels—working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data science. You’ll have the opportunity to drive measurable growth across our self-serve, enterprise, and consumer funnels. We are already spending millions of dollars a year. We want to scale this significantly.

What you’ll do
  1. Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
  2. Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with internal creative and product teams to build high-performing ad creative and landing experiences.
  4. Test and iterate constantly to uncover insights, drive conversion, and lower CAC.
  5. Build clear performance dashboards and communicate learnings across the company.
  6. Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
Who you are

We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:

  1. Have 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
  2. Have hands-on experience running campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn (other channels a bonus).
  3. Possess strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and experimentation.
  4. Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  5. Can write concise copy and collaborate closely with designers and landing page teams.
  6. Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
