Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking an AI Learning Experience Designer for a 3-month onsite contract.

You will design AI coaching simulations, develop AI personalities and coaching logic, and collaborate with Training and Field Leadership to identify skill gaps. You will create conversation flows, integrate product knowledge, test and refine AI behavior, and manage content updates while maintaining brand quality across AI driven experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training program creation.
• Strong understanding of field sales, retail operations, or customer experience.
• Ability to write clear, natural dialogue and coaching feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools, conversational design, or simulation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design AI coaching simulations that replicate real field interactions and coaching conversations.
• Develop AI personalities and coaching logic aligned with brand standards.
• Partner with Training & Field Leadership to identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities.
• Create conversation flows, decision trees, and adaptive feedback paths for the AI coach.
• Integrate current product knowledge, features, and customer experience best practices.
• Test, refine, and optimize AI behavior based on feedback and learning impact.
• Manage content updates and versioning as products evolve.
