• Instructional design craft: translate a fluency framework into behavior-changing learning.
• Data fluency: design for measurement and read adoption/productivity data.
• Ability to influence and deliver through others without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; background in instructional design is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design the enterprise learning journey that builds AI fluency and agentic tool adoption using a diagnostic approach.
• Build enablement experiences for Intuit's AI coworker, guiding productive daily use.
• Translate AI-first craft skills and proficiency standards into learning content for hiring, onboarding, review readiness, and promotion criteria.
