Intuit is seeking a Principal Learning Experience Designer for AI-Powered Work in San Diego to shape how the company embeds an AI-first mindset across the workforce. You will design enterprise learning experiences that drive agentic tool fluency, redesigned workflows, and measurable adoption, partnering with our non-tech audiences and collaborating with tech teams.

In this role you will lead scalable enablement, develop curricula that reflect updated AI proficiency standards, and influence

Qualifications

6-8+ years designing learning experiences at enterprise scale.
Deep fluency with AI/GenAI and design enablement for AI products.
Ability to turn fluency frameworks into behavior-changing learning.
Data-driven with ability to read adoption/productivity data and adjust roadmaps.
Ability to influence and deliver through others, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design enterprise learning journeys that build AI fluency and tool adoption across functions.
Create enablement experiences for Intuit's AI coworker with clear paths for daily use.
Translate AI-first craft skills into learning content supporting hiring, onboarding, review readiness, and promotion criteria.
Partner to connect learning to enterprise AI measurement framework (adoption, productivity, quality).
Use adoption data to identify learning effectiveness and redesign if needed.
Run pilot-test-and-learn for new formats and tools; scale what works.
