Job summary

Tential Solutions seeks an AI Learning Experience Designer (Design Technologist) for a Big 4 Consulting client. This hybrid role blends design consulting, learning science, UX/UI, and hands-on AI prototyping to turn client needs into working prototypes of modern learning solutions across live, virtual, and digital formats.

You will collaborate with clients and enablement teams, apply design thinking, manage review cycles, and ensure accessibility and compliance while leveraging AI to improve

Qualifications

• Client service mindset and ability to pitch ideas.
• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and authoring tools.
• Hands-on fluency with AI prototyping/coding tools.
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals including research and usability testing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients from discovery to delivery grounded in adult-learning principles.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys and interfaces including UX/UI and accessibility.
• Build working prototypes with AI coding and prototyping tools.
• Use AI across the workflow with human judgment over quality and pedagogy.
• Work with learning data and success metrics beyond completion.
• Manage risk: data privacy, AI bias and reliability, accessibility, and compliance.
• Navigate LMS/LXP platforms and authoring tools.
• Contribute to client pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with client teams to co-create tailored learning solutions that meet objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across projects.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs defining outcomes, strategies, and assessments.
