Qualifications

• Hands-on AI integration experience with modern generative AI models.
• Experience designing prompt workflows and low-code automation.
• Familiarity with xAPI/SCORM learning standards and LXP/LMS.
• Strong grounding in ADDIE, SAM, or cognitive load theory.
• Ability to translate technical behavior into accessible learner experiences.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design good practice.
• Experience with AI governance, privacy, and bias considerations.

Responsibilities

• Directly build, configure, and maintain AI-powered learning modules and adaptive training pipelines.
• Design and implement practical AI applications using prompt engineering and RAG concepts.
• Structure data and content into modular frameworks for dynamic feedback.
• Evaluate and integrate AI design tools with existing LMS/LXP platforms.
• Set up learning metrics (xAPI) and monitor completion and outcomes.
• Debug prompt configurations and maintain content databases for accuracy.
• Champion responsible AI, data privacy, disclosure, and accessibility from the start.
• Document architectures and coach teammates on new workflows.
