Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general contract experience.
• AA or Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
• Proficiency in MS applications and CRM software (e.g., MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP).
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to communicate at all business levels.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and provide independent recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with MMS Dispensing teams and proactively communicating.
• Audit review of complete contractual packages.
• Executing complete contractual packages and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies and programs.
• Understanding pre- and post-signature contracting processes including acceptance, installation, billing, leasing, and asset management.
