Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Customer Contract Admin Analyst for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on contract packages, compliance, and risk controls, with a 40-hour week and first-shift hours.

US work authorization required; W2 contract arrangement. The successful candidate will report to the Contracts & Compliance Manager, demonstrate strong analytical and data-entry skills, and collaborate across MMS Dispensing teams to ensure accurate contract execution and revenue

Qualifications

• AA or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 1-3 years of general contract experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM software (MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, and SAP).
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate at all business levels.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and make independent recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Interacting and proactively communicating with multiple MMS Dispensing teams.
• Audit review of all components submitted as a complete contractual package.
• Executing complete contractual packages.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies and procedures, and purchase acquisition/marketing programs.
• A working knowledge of US Antitrust laws, HIPAA laws, Sarbanes Oxley rules, Internal Audit procedures, and regulatory controls.
• A working knowledge of pre- and post-signature capital contracting processes including acceptance and performance, product installation, billing/revenue management, leasing and purchasing, and asset management.
• A general understanding of capital equipment revenue recognition guidelines and accounting principles.
• A general understanding of contract review, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, including, but not limited to, evaluating, and enforcing all necessary and required pre-execution requirements, and the ability to escalate when necessary.
