Job summary

You will handle MMS Asset Management, Commercial Contracting, and post-deal administration to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance, coordinating with Sales, Contracts, and Implementation teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; seven years of business experience permitted in lieu of degree.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with commercial contracting and revenue-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre- and post-deal asset/contract changes for dispensing customer orders.
• Process Lease Buyout requests, RMA, and cash application activities.
• Analyze executed Assignment Agreements for revenue recognition rules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Contracts, and Implementation teams for smooth handoffs.
• Review and release customer order credits for compliance.
• Support dispensation RMA requests and manage data analysis for returns.
• Maintain knowledge of contracting policies: sales cycle, billing, and revenue management.
