Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern to support Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI initiatives across our operations in Green Bay, WI. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to apply data-driven improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and safety while learning standard work, process mapping, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to boost productivity, quality, and safety.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and measure performance.
• Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and value stream mapping to eliminate waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain improvements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, standard work, and performance metrics.
