Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and mapping current processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to implement and sustain process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, standard work instructions, and performance metrics while supporting root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
