The Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern supports initiatives focused on enhancing operational performance, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness across the organization. This role provides hands-on experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable process improvements.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Experience with Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and Lean/Six Sigma concepts is preferred.
