Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to identify and implement improvements across safety, quality, productivity and efficiency. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to analyze performance, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, root cause resolution, and agile collaboration to deliver measurable gains in manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, continuous improvement, or operations is preferred.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, yield and cost performance.
Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and support objectives.
Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and best practices.
Support capital projects and process optimization efforts.
Monitor KPIs and propose actions to improve results.
Promote continuous improvement and employee engagement.
