The Process Improvement Engineer Intern supports operational excellence initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting with the implementation of solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. This role provides hands-on experience applying engineering and continuous improvement principles in a collaborative manufacturing or business environment.
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software tools preferred.
