Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating short courses, seminars, workshops and conferences.
• Experience planning continuing education programs.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the selection, design and scheduling of workshops.
• Identify new program opportunities and develop courses to meet needs.
• Ensure logistics of each course are completed from start to finish.
• Arrange conference settings and ancillary services (lodging, meals, transportation).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
