Job summary

University of North Texas Health Fort Worth seeks an Academic Program Coordinator to support accredited continuing education activities for healthcare professionals. You will manage timelines, gather accreditation data, and communicate with faculty and stakeholders to ensure compliant CE delivery.

Working closely with CE team members and external partners, you will help deliver high-quality education that improves professional competence and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with CE/CPD accreditation requirements (e.g., ACCME, ANCC, ACPE, Joint Accreditation).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with learning management systems and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and scheduling of CE activities (RSS, conferences, workshops, online modules).
• Maintain activity timelines and accreditation documentation; ensure timely data entry in LMS.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation for planning meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for live and virtual CE activities, including room reservations and registration support.
• Serve as liaison to speakers and collaborators; manage communications.
