Job summary

OakTree Staffing seeks a Contingent Workforce Professional to manage the full contractor lifecycle, engage suppliers, onboard talent, ensure compliance, process timesheets, invoices, and offboarding.

You will support leaders and stakeholders across Supply Chain, HR, Accounting and Legal, turning workforce data into actionable insights and guiding cross-functional projects with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contingent workforce management or vendor management.
• Experience with VNDLY or a comparable vendor management system.
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA and/or HCM) preferred.
• CCWP or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for the contractor lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, timesheets, invoicing, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate workforce data and reporting.
• Deliver training and guidance to leaders and suppliers.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and change management.
