Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Program Coordinator to join a fast-paced team and manage processes across the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will provide first-level support to Hiring Managers and suppliers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes analytics, documentation, and coordination with vendors to meet SLA requirements and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, driven to improve performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in staffing/MSP a plus (0–2+ years).
• Proficiency with MS Office/Office 365.

Responsabilités

• Assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process.
• Document client reported issues and track resolution to completion.
• Maintain and update worker assignments reflecting changes.
• Provide communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers and partners.
• Conduct research to resolve client or supplier inquiries.
• Provide program status reports to leadership.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed on time.
