Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Staffing Program Manager to lead the contingent worker lifecycle and drive structure across the program. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, IT, and Payroll to ensure compliance, vendor management, and process improvements.

The role offers hybrid work options with some onsite requirements near our US offices. A focus on building scalable processes and data-driven insights will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, staffing operations, or a related People Ops program role.
• Hands-on experience managing staffing agency/vendor relationships including contract/SLA oversight.
• Comfort navigating worker classification and co-employment questions; know when to escalate to Legal.
• Data-oriented; build tracking systems and use metrics to surface risk and drive decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across TA, Finance, IT, Legal, Learning, Payroll, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle from request through onboarding, compliance, and offboarding.
• Manage staffing agency vendor relationships, including SLA performance and rate negotiations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HRIS and Talent Acquisition on headcount and position management.
• Maintain worker classification standards and co-employment guardrails with Legal.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity in Workday and support onboarding processes and reporting.
