Job summary

ZealHire Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Contingent Workforce Program Analyst to support the Extended Workforce PMO. You will drive analytics, reporting, and governance for contingent workforce operations, collaborating with PMO leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on Beeline/VMS experience, advanced Excel skills, and a track record in data visualization and AI-enabled reporting. This is a hybrid 12-month contract based in Santa Clara.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in contingent workforce programs including staffing operations, MSP environments, VMS platforms, and contractor lifecycle management.
• Hands-on Beeline or a comparable Vendor Management System experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with complex reporting, data analysis and dashboard development.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to analyze data and improve reporting efficiency.
• Strong reporting, data visualization and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within Beeline or a comparable VMS, ensuring data remains accurate and audit-ready.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to identify trends, optimize reporting processes, and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and present program updates, metrics, and recommendations to PMO leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with governance, compliance initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic workforce planning.

Overview

Our client is looking for the Contingent Workforce Program Analyst to support a leading global technology organization’s Extended Workforce Program Management Office (PMO). This role will serve as a key contributor to contingent workforce operations, analytics, reporting, and program governance. The ideal candidate will have experience working within contingent workforce programs, strong VMS knowledge, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics related to contingent workforce program performance, including headcount, spend, supplier performance, and workforce lifecycle metrics.
• Support daily operations within Beeline or a comparable Vendor Management System (VMS), ensuring workforce, requisition, and supplier data remains accurate and audit-ready.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics techniques to identify trends, optimize reporting processes, and generate actionable business insights.
• Prepare and present program updates, metrics, and recommendations to PMO leadership, hiring managers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist with workforce program operations, governance activities, compliance initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic workforce planning and program effectiveness.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with workforce analytics and program performance measurement methodologies.
