Job summary

EverHive is seeking a Global MSP Contingent Workforce Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a world-class program within a major gaming/tech client base.

In this role you will oversee vendor relationships, drive compliance, optimize VMS usage, and collaborate with global stakeholders to improve performance metrics and daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • CCWP certification is a plus.
  • Proven ability to excel in the operational intricacies of contingent workforce management.
  • In‑depth knowledge of employment laws, compliance issues, and risk management related to contingent workers.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in the day‑to‑day usage of workforce management tools and analytics.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day global operations of the contingent workforce program, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, managing the end-to-end process of requisition, selection, and onboarding of contingent workers.
  • Be responsible for the global MSP and Contingent Workforce landscape, with specific experience in one or more regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
  • Develop and maintain operational compliance protocols, ensuring daily activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of contingent workforce files and documentation to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Collaborate with team to optimize VMS tools tailored for operational efficiency.
  • Provide hands‑on support for the daily use of VMS tools, addressing operational challenges and optimizing functionality.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms for KPIs to monitor operational efficiency on a daily basis.
  • Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into daily program performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders daily, addressing immediate workforce needs and ensuring alignment with the contingent workforce strategy.
  • Provide ongoing support to internal teams by addressing day‑to‑day questions, concerns, and operational challenges related to contingent workforce management.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance the efficiency of the contingent workforce program on a day‑to‑day basis.

We are seeking a dynamic Global MSP Contingent Workforce Program Manager to join our global client's team in the Los Angeles area. This role involves managing day-to-day operations and driving program evolution within a leading video game company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational excellence within contingent workforce management and will excel in executing daily tasks.

Operational Program Execution and Excellence
  • Manage the day-to-day global operations of the contingent workforce program, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, managing the end-to-end process of requisition, selection, and onboarding of contingent workers.
  • Be responsible for the global MSP and Contingent Workforce landscape, with specific experience in one or more regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Develop and maintain operational compliance protocols, ensuring daily activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders daily, addressing immediate workforce needs and ensuring alignment with the contingent workforce strategy.
  • Provide ongoing support to internal teams by addressing day‑to‑day questions, concerns, and operational challenges related to contingent workforce management.
Continuous Improvement at the Operational Level
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance the efficiency of the contingent workforce program on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Stay attuned to operational trends and implement adjustments promptly.

  • Specific experience running successful MSP programs
