Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the end-to-end non-employee lifecycle—from intake and onboarding to extensions and offboarding—ensuring contractors are correctly classified and compliant.

You will coordinate with Legal, HR, Finance and Sourcing, execute contingent worker contracts in Workday, manage access provisioning, NDAs, and run regular data reports to track tenure and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; two years in contingent workforce coordination preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, credentialing, and compliance.
• Familiarity with MSP/contractor workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end non-employee lifecycle in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Validate worker classifications with Legal and HR to avoid misclassification.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sourcing, and Legal to finalize contingent worker contracts.
• Ensure training and NDAs are completed before access is granted.
• Manage access provisioning and deprovisioning and keep data records current.
• Support User Access Reviews and renewal/extension workflows.
• Serve as main point of contact for hiring managers and vendor leads.
• Produce ad-hoc reporting on contingent workforce metrics.
