Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a professional to manage the end-to-end non-employee lifecycle, including onboarding, maintenance, extensions and offboarding of contractors.

You’ll ensure correct classification, compliance, training, and access provisioning in Workday and ServiceNow. Collaborating with Legal, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain, you will drive consistency, accuracy and timely contract execution, while tracking data and supporting access reviews.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; field not specified.
  • 2+ years of contingent workforce program coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, credentialing and compliance.
  • Experience in technology, hospitality, or travel industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end non-employee lifecycle in Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Validate worker classification at intake with Legal and HR.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain and Legal on contracts and SOWs.
  • Ensure training and NDAs are assigned/completed before access.
  • Own access provisioning/deprovisioning with Access Management teams.
  • Maintain non-employee data: start/end dates, vendor, tenure, renewals.
  • Support User Access Reviews and tenure-based triggers.
  • Serve as main point of contact for hiring managers and vendor leads.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.

JOB SUMMARY

Manage the end-to-end non-employee lifecycle of non-employee onboarding, maintenance, extensions, and offboarding, ensuring all contractors are correctly classified, compliant, trained, provisioned, and offboarded.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the end-to-end non-employee lifecycle — intake, classification, onboarding, maintenance, extensions, and offboarding — in Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Validate worker classification (MSP / contractor / temp / employee) at intake with Legal and Human Resources to prevent misclassification and co-employment risk.
  • Coordinate with Finance (budget), Supply Chain (sourcing), and Legal (SOW execution) and complete the contingent worker contract in Workday.
  • Ensure required training and NDAs are assigned and completed before access is granted; track completion and elevate gaps.
  • Own access provisioning/deprovisioning in coordination with Access Management teams.
  • Maintain the non-employee data record — start/end dates, sponsor/supervisor, vendor, tenure clock, and renewal/expiration key dates.
  • Support User Access Reviews (UARs).
  • Track tenure/length-of-service against policy and trigger review/extension or conversion workflows via the VMO exception process.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for hiring managers and vendor account leads on onboarding questions and process education.
  • Ad-hoc reporting as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • DEGREE TYPE: Associate's degree
  • FIELD(S) OF STUDY: N/A
  • EXPERIENCE 2+ years of experience in contingent workforce program coordination
  • Familiarity with workforce onboarding, offboarding, credentialing, and compliance processes
  • Technology, hospitality, or travel industry experience is a plus
