Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a Senior Operations Manager for Content Excellence to join the CMO for a temporary maternity leave. You will lead operational frameworks to elevate strategic planning, streamline content supply chains, and ensure high-quality execution across CMO teams and the Marketing organization.

Responsibilities

Learning Journey Strategy & Delivery: design, structure and execute onboarding and upskilling programs for content capabilities.
Content Operations & Workflow Management: provide end-to-end operational support and governance for content workflows.
Process Optimization & Systemic Efficiency: identify and implement scalable efficiencies in asset management and approvals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Facilitation: lead forums and alignment sessions with executive presence and clear action plans.
Change Management & Enablement: deliver training and documentation for new content tools and AI-enabled practices.
