Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Content Operations & Governance Manager to build scalable, compliant content operations for the Endoscopy organization. You will standardize workflows, own end-to-end content lifecycle, and partner with Regulatory, Legal, and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in content operations, marketing operations, content governance, DAM, or related functions in regulated environment.
• Experience supporting Regulatory, Medical, Compliance, Legal, or Quality review processes.
• Experience managing content workflows, platforms, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with CMS, DAM platforms, workflow management tools, and PM solutions.
• Strong analytical, project management, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state content workflows and establish standardized, scalable processes across the content lifecycle.
• Own and optimize end-to-end content and asset lifecycle processes with focus on reducing manual effort.
• Partner to support governance standards, SOPs, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (LRC) review workflows and support teams.
• Serve as a consultative partner to content creators and stakeholders on processes and quality.
• Lead Endoscopy content operations and DAM, including taxonomy, metadata governance, and asset organization.
• Monitor asset lifecycle activities, ensuring retention and archival compliance.
• Establish visibility with inventories, dashboards, and lifecycle controls.
• Develop and deliver training to improve stakeholder understanding and adoption.
• Plan and manage content operations initiatives balancing timelines, compliance, and priorities.
• Identify automation and AI-enabled opportunities; collaborate on long-term roadmap.
• Partner with corporate tech to represent Endoscopy needs and platform enhancements.
• Support additional content operations initiatives as business needs evolve.
