Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to lead the operational framework for planning, prioritizing, and delivering marketing initiatives. You will oversee workflows, resource planning, portfolio governance, and vendor coordination while mentoring the Marketing Operations team.

The role acts as the operational hub of the marketing organization, driving continuous improvement, scalability, and alignment with strategic business objectives across marketing,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, program management, or related operational leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex marketing workflows in a matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of project management and marketing methodologies, workflow management, and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Operations function, managing workflows, governance, prioritization frameworks, and operational processes across the Marketing organization
• Provide leadership with clear reporting on priorities, capacity, risks, and resource allocation
• Oversee intake, prioritization, and workload management processes to align with goals
• Develop and lead change management to improve procedures for efficiency and scalability
• Manage project lifecycle from intake to post-project evaluation
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time and scope
• Maintain a project management dashboard for visibility into progress
