International WELL Building Institute in New York, NY is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead a full-funnel content strategy and AI-driven content creation across formats. You will craft narratives for thought leadership, product education, and customer stories to fuel pipeline and community growth.

You’ll collaborate with IWBI experts, manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to content that strengthens the WELL movement. Hybrid role with in-office days in NYC.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, and video production.
• Strong video storyboarding, production, and editing skills.
• AI fluency working with Claude, Gemini, and/or other AI tools.
• An agile, self-driven, results-oriented approach to each project.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities & timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creating and building.

Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Content Strategy: Own content strategy from TOFU to conversion, translating business goals into a content roadmap that grows the WELL community and fuels pipeline.
• AI-Native Content Creation: Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and workflows, embedding AI-assisted ideation, production and distribution into the content engine to scale output.
• Video Production & Storytelling: Lead ideation, scripting, filming, and editing of video content for social and other platforms.
• Channel Content Development: Create marquee content and derivative assets for core content pillars, including guides, tutorials, articles, videos, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership.
• Customer & Client Storytelling: Identify and elevate customer stories and case studies, turning real-world outcomes into content that brings new people into the WELL movement.
• Mission & Category Storytelling: Partner with IWBI thought leaders to craft narratives that advance IWBI’s mission and position IWBI as global convener of healthy building experts.
