Job summary

Inworld is seeking an AI-native Senior Content Marketing Manager to shape the company’s voice in public. The role blends executive voice, social channel management, and a scalable content system for developers and founders.

You will write, edit, and publish content yourself while collaborating closely with product marketing leadership. You’ll craft content across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, engage with technical communities, and repurpose launches and demos into multimedia assets.

Qualifications

4-7 years in content marketing, ideally to a developer or technical audience.
Exceptional writer with range across founder, engineer, and brand voice.
Proven track record growing a social presence on LinkedIn and X.
Fluent with AI tooling as a production system.
Comfortable interviewing researchers and engineers and turning it into readable content.
Judgment about what not to publish.
Power user of Claude Code or equivalent; thinking in agents and systems.

Responsibilities

Ghostwrite for founders and technical leaders across LinkedIn, X, and long form—posts, essays, POVs.
Attend research and engineering conversations and pull publishable ideas.
Develop an editorial point of view that stands out from generic marketing.
