Job summary

Inworld is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager in the SF Bay Area to shape the company’s voice across executive thought leadership and employer branding. You’ll write for founders and technical leaders, and publish across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

You’ll own the social channels, repurpose launches into scalable content, and build an AI-driven content engine with templates and workflows. A strong writer and AI tool user is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in content marketing, ideally to a developer or technical audience.
• Exceptional writer with range across founders, engineers, and brand voice.
• Demonstrated track record growing social presence on LinkedIn and X with measurable results.
• Fluent with AI tooling as a production system; comfortable drafting and repurposing.
• Able to interview researchers and engineers and turn insights into readable content.
• Good judgment about what not to publish; strong editorial standards.
• Power user of Claude Code or equivalent; comfortable thinking in terms of agents and systems.
• Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate; willingness to work on-site several days a week.

Responsibilities

• Ghostwrite posts and long-form pieces for founders and technical leaders.
• Manage social channels and adapt launches, benchmarks, and demos into audience-specific content.
• Build AI-assisted workflows and templates to publish content consistently while maintaining quality.
• Develop the editorial point of view that makes our content worth following.
• Run LinkedIn, X, and YouTube as owned channels with their own audience.
• Repurpose launches and press coverage into content for various formats.
• Build systems and templates to publish content on cadence and scale.
