X UP Brands LLC in Rochester, Michigan is seeking a Content Creator & TikTok Affiliate Manager. You will shoot and edit content, grow the creator program, and own the performance outcomes. This on-site role combines hands-on filming with outreach to build a scalable affiliate network across eight brands.

The role emphasizes high-volume content production (15–20 pieces per week) and proactive creator management, with direct access to decisions and a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• You shoot and edit your own content for our brands.
• You've run a TikTok Shop affiliate program and can show results by month.
• You can be in Rochester, Michigan, on-site, five days a week.
• You’re comfortable on camera— face or director.
• You can hit volume: 15–20 pieces a week consistently.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit 15–20 pieces of short-form content weekly.
• Live in the warehouse—behind‑the‑scenes, unboxings, packing, close‑ups.
• Be on camera, or direct others to be.
• Test formats and angles relentlessly and scale the winners.
• Build a library of raw footage for the team.
