Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in TikTok content management or social media management.
• Experience developing content that drives engagement and audience growth.
• Portfolio or examples of TikTok accounts managed with performance results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage TikTok content strategies aligned with brand objectives and growth goals.
• Create and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Research trending formats, sounds, hashtags, and opportunities for our brands.
• Develop creative concepts and content series tailored to each brand.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic reach and follower growth.
• Collaborate with creators, editors, copywriters, and strategists to produce engaging videos.
• Coordinate production to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
